Hotel la Aldea Suites

Everything was excellent. From the breakfast buffet to the friendliness of the last person working there. Dealing with twenty 11-12 year old girls and boys and another twenty adults is not easy. And the hotel staff made everything comfortable and easy for us. I will definitely be back.

We went to spend New Year's Eve and everything was great. I would highlight the friendliness of the staff. We were in a Junior Suite and it seems to me that it would be more logical for the TV to be in the living room. We had New Year's Eve party favors

The room was spacious but dark and cold. Far too much noise to be able to sleep despite earplugs. The breakfast buffet is large but with low quality products. In short, a bad experience despite a very attractive first impression.

Definitely not recommended. Incredibly rude people. Unhygienic rooms. Even after a friendly request for cleaning, it was even uncleaner than before. I haven't gotten any sleep for 3 days because a guest in the hotel is rioting every night. Nothing was done about it. After prior notice about my lactose intolerance, I was confirmed that lactose-free foods would be provided. When I arrived I was told that there were enough alternatives and that I didn't have to eat dairy products. After requesting to change the hotel due to the negative experiences and to have the remaining amount refunded (the planned stay in this hotel was 4 weeks), the request was rejected in a rude, cold and disrespectful manner. Definitely not recommended!!

I booked this hotel for a longer stay, but I regret it after just 2 days. The room is not clean at all, although a complaint was made after 1 day. Breakfast is varied, but my food intolerance, which I had asked about in advance, was not addressed. I had to buy my products myself at the supermarket. After I mentioned this, I was told that there were plenty of other products to choose from. Furthermore, I couldn't sleep for the second night because another guest started screaming, hitting and cursing every time around midnight and I sat anxiously in my room until the night was over... A technical problem with the emergency light, which caused this The room being brightly lit several times in the middle of the night also robbed me of sleep. However, this was fixed the next day. I reported all this to reception and asked them to refund me my money - after deducting the nights I stayed, of course - in order to try to get another accommodation on the island ONE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. The lady of the house refused vehemently, no apology for my inconvenience, no regrets, no understanding, very cold and dismissive.. As you can also read in the answers to negative recessions... There's no way I could get my money back But leave the hotel at any time, that's the words I got... I can't recommend the hotel for the reasons mentioned above and also because it's absolutely not a place worth seeing. The photos were taken immediately after the morning cleaning, after I had already complained...
